Between eating habit modification and exercise, I've lost almost 30 pounds since January. It's not a meal plan. It's what I have evolved into eating as I try to eat better and eat towards weight loss while avoiding malnutrition and hypoglycemia (both of which I have a history of). Also while working around various fun food intolerances that have cropped up over the years.
I started out trying to eat more healthy things, take my vitamins, not eat fries everytime I got drive through heartbombs for the kids, that kind of thing. A kind of conscious moderation. It's taken on a sort of momentum, and ( I'm not unhappy with how it's going. )
Here's the other part that will scare longtime freinds - not that I am exercising, or going to the gym, but that I am going, 2-3 times a week, to an aerobic dancing class. And shaking my ass. Even I can catch on to and enjoy Zumba. Never mind that I turn the wrong way and run into the wall.
